Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the implementation of diverse occupational health service programs with precision and dedication.
- Collaborate closely with our supervising occupational physician to develop impactful health promotion initiatives.
- Deliver meticulously detailed medical reports to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
- Develop and enact tailored occupational health procedures to meet program requirements effectively.
- Coordinate and administer various health procedures efficiently to optimize patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough health assessments, including job-specific and pre-employment evaluations, with accuracy and efficiency at the forefront.
- Provide prompt and proficient first aid care according to our company's nursing protocols.
- Skillfully manage work-related injury and illness claims, providing thorough follow-up care coordination as per protocol.
- Maintain a proficient and secure practice under the supervision of our off-site occupational physician.
- Showcase expertise in phlebotomy, IV blood draw, and administering immunizations to enhance patient care.
- Offer expert consultation services and adhere to standard protocols for potential occupational illnesses and injuries, with rigorous monitoring and reporting.
- Undertake other engaging duties associated with occupational nursing health practice as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years post-basic training experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
- Current Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS/AED) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Internet and Microsoft Office Tools, and basic medical data management.
- Ability to perform Basic CPR if necessary, with a full range of body motion, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods, with occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 15 pounds.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay range: $40 - $45 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
