Responsibilities:

• Talent Management: Drive talent management, employee relations, training, and compensation.

• Culture Building: Assist in creating and implementing cultural changes that align with company goals.

• Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues, minimizing risks to the company.

• Client Collaboration: Actively participate in client meetings, offering HR support and guidance.

• Compliance: Stay updated with legal requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; or equivalent education and work experience.

• Certification: Preferred HR Certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP).

• Experience: 7 years of Generalist experience with strong knowledge of labor laws. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADP or similar HRIS software. Strong Microsoft Office skills.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills. Time management and project management abilities.
