Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Occupational Health

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced LPN with strong clinical, administrative, and technical skills who thrives in a fast-paced occupational health environment.

About the Role:
As the LPN at our on-site clinic, you will manage the first aid station and coordinate clinic services. We provide training in occupational health services such as respiratory exams, hearing conservation, drug and alcohol testing, and surveillance physicals.

Schedule & Pay:

• Pay Range: $30 – $34 per hour

• Schedule: Full-time; details provided during the interview

What You Bring:

• Active LPN license in the state of practice

• Completion of an accredited nursing program

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (2+ years preferred)

• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

• IV/Blood Draw Certification with recent experience or refresher course

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative processes

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers’ Compensation (preferred)

• Experience in occupational health or injury/illness case management (preferred)
