Physical Therapist

Location: Torrance, CA

Join CAREonsite as a Physical Therapist (PT) – Make a Real Impact in Occupational Health!

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, provides occupational medical services nationwide. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) with strong clinical expertise and exceptional communication skills to join our team in Torrance, CA.

As a CAREonsite Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to their daily lives—whether recovering from work-related injuries or post-surgical conditions. You’ll develop customized treatment plans and deliver high-quality, hands-on care in a dynamic and rewarding setting.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay Range: $85,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with functional impairments due to workplace injuries, post-surgical recovery, and other disabling conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient history.
  • Administer and supervise therapies including exercises, modalities, gait training, hydrotherapy, ergonomic assessments, and functional capacity evaluations.
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper use of supports and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient records and follow all reporting and billing protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and applicable regulations to deliver safe, high-quality care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, employers, and internal staff.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians to ensure coordinated, comprehensive treatment.
  • Support clinic operations through training programs, staff development, and requisitioning supplies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist in the state of California.
  • BLS (CPR/AED) certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • Solid understanding of occupational medicine, functional capacity evaluations, and ergonomic assessments.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, empathetic, and motivated.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Location-Specific Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice in the state of California.
  • Experience with occupational or industrial medicine is strongly preferred.
