Job Summary:
CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, provides occupational medical services nationwide. We are currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with strong clinical and administrative skills to join our team in Occupational Health. This role is ideal for a motivated LVN with at least two years of clinical experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position includes occasional travel to nearby client sites to promote wellness and provide education aimed at preventing workplace injuries and illnesses.

Responsibilities:

• Independently operate and manage the first aid station.

• Provide basic occupational health services, including first aid and support for employee wellness.

• Collaborate with the Operations Team Lead, Clinical Medical Director, and Operations Manager as needed.

• Receive training in occupational health programs such as respiratory exams, and hearing conservation.

• Travel to nearby sites to support wellness initiatives and provide preventive education to employees.

Qualifications:

• Current and active LVN license in the state of practice.

• Graduate of an accredited LVN program.

• Minimum of one year clinical experience (two years preferred).

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

• IV/Blood Draw Certification with recent hands-on experience or completion of a refresher course.

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers’ Compensation preferred.

• Experience in occupational health a plus.

• Strong administrative and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
