CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Practice Clinic Manager (PA/NP) to oversee onsite clinic operations, deliver exceptional patient care, and lead a skilled medical team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Team: Manage daily clinic operations, staffing, and scheduling to ensure top-tier patient care.
• Hire & Mentor: Interview, onboard, and train clinic technicians and administrative staff.
• Drive Quality: Collaborate with providers to evaluate performance and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain OSHA and client compliance standards, and support ongoing training programs.
• Monitor Operations: Track clinic performance, staff productivity, and medical equipment maintenance.
• Communicate Effectively: Serve as a key liaison between CAREonsite leadership, clinic staff, and client contacts.

What You Bring:

• Current Texas PA or NP license and DEA registration
• 3–5 years of clinical and administrative leadership experience
• In-depth clinical knowledge and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Tech proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
