What You’ll Do

As a Musculoskeletal Intervention Specialist (MIS), you’ll be the go-to expert for injury prevention and employee wellness. You will:

• Prevent & Manage Injuries: Deliver injury prevention programs and provide OSHA-compliant first aid care.
• Promote Health & Wellness: Lead educational sessions and support company wellness initiatives.
• Assess & Improve Workspaces: Conduct ergonomic assessments to reduce risks and boost safety.
• Support Compliance: Assist with medical surveillance programs, such as hearing conservation.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with EHS, HR, and leadership to integrate prevention into workplace culture.
• Guide Work Comp Processes: Assist stakeholders in managing workers’ compensation cases.

What You Bring

• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), licensed or license-eligible in California
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A team-first mindset with a passion for health and well-being

Compensation

$30 – $34 per hour (commensurate with experience)
