The Role

As an Athletic Trainer, you’ll design and deliver innovative injury-prevention programs, provide first-aid care, and support employee wellness on-site. You’ll work with EHS teams, HR, and leadership to foster a culture of health and safety.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and manage injury-prevention programs
• Conduct ergonomic and physical demands assessments
• Deliver education on wellness and injury prevention
• Provide first-aid injury management (within OSHA guidelines)
• Collaborate with client teams to strengthen workplace health

What You Bring

• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), licensed or license-eligible in state
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for employee health and wellness
