CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is a rapidly growing provider of occupational health services with over 50 locations nationwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled PA or NP to join our team.

Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Schedule & Pay:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Pay Range: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform minor surgical and therapeutic procedures, including suturing, injections, immunizations, burn care, and foreign body removal (subcutaneous and ocular).
  • Provide occupational health services, including DOT exams and treatment of workers' compensation injuries.
  • Conduct pre-employment physicals and other job-related medical evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Serve as a clinical leader, ensuring high-quality patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in occupational medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care.
  • Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a healthcare team.
  • Strong clinical skills with experience in both fast-track and main emergency department settings.
  • Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
  • Active PA or NP license in the applicable state.
  • Current DEA license.
  • BCLS (CPR/AED) or ACLS certification.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and patients while maintaining a patient-centered mindset that values inclusivity, respect, and individualized care.
2. Participates in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.
3. Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
