Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Join CAREonsite as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Occupational Health & Disability Management!

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, provides occupational medical services nationwide. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with at least two years of clinical experience and strong administrative, computer, and Microsoft Office skills.

This position manages the first aid station with minimal supervision, coordinates on-site clinic services, and supports disability case management while working closely with the nursing supervisor, Clinical Medical Director, and Operations Manager. Training in occupational health programs, including respiratory exams, hearing conservation, drug and alcohol testing, and surveillance physicals, will be provided.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Schedule: Mon - Fri 6:30am - 3:00pm

What You’ll Do:

  • Disability Case Management – Support Third-Party Administrators (TPA) in managing disability cases, fitness-for-duty exams, and functional capacity evaluations.
  • Employee Support – Assist employees in returning to work after an illness or injury and support absence control programs.
  • Collaboration – Work with local HR and supervisors on disability case management.
  • Occupational Physician Support – Assist with the fitness-for-duty (FFD) process and occupational health programs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current LVN license in the state of practice.
  • Certification from an accredited school.
  • 3+ year of clinical experience (preferred).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • IV Blood Draw Certification with recent experience or completion of a refresher course.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation (preferred).
  • Experience in occupational health or injury/illness case management (preferred).
  • Strong administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency).
