Content & Quality Assurance Specialist
About the Role
The Content & Quality Assurance Specialist is the organizational authority on training quality, content integrity, and compliance. This role owns the end-to-end Quality Assurance strategy for both computer-based and instructor-led training, ensuring every learning product meets instructional best practices, accessibility requirements, and regulatory standards before release.

You’ll partner closely with instructional designers, developers, LMS administrators, and leadership to elevate quality, reduce risk, and continuously improve how training is delivered.
If you thrive in a role where your expertise carries real weight — and where quality is not a checklist but a strategy — this role is for you.
